The Role
As an Implementation Manager, you'll be a key player on RIVET’s Customer Success Team, guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring they’re well prepared and properly onboarded to our platform. You’ll partner with customers to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and lead training sessions to support adoption. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and enhance the customer experience.
This role is a hybrid position based out of either our Madison, WI office or our Kansas City, KS office. You’ll typically travel 0-2 times per month to support key implementations and maintain strong customer relationships. This position reports to the Implementations Team Lead.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with customers to assess their labor management processes and implement solutions that streamline operations
- Guide new users through onboarding, training, and drive strong organizational adoption of RIVET to ensure sustained impact and engagement
- Run multiple implementation projects simultaneously, keeping teams aligned on expectations, next steps, and timelines
- Develop and refine training materials to support users with varying levels of technical expertise
- Track and report on implementation progress, identifying risks and proactively addressing potential roadblocks
- Maintain a deep understanding of the RIVET platform, industry best practices, and customer needs to evangelize adoption and long-term engagement
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Account Management to continuously improve the implementation experience

- Background in the construction industry (MEP, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing preferred).
- Ability to effectively consult with customers, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for keeping multiple priorities on track
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring alignment across teams and customers

- Experience in managing the implementation of SaaS software platforms, including onboarding, training, and building client relationships
- A strong understanding of complex web and mobile applications, especially those used for employee scheduling, labor analytics, resource planning or similar workforce management elements

- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) construction projects, with a focus on installation or systems management (experience in sheet metal or mechanical systems is a plus)
- Experience in project administration or management roles within the construction industry, including roles like Project Engineer, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Administrator, or Project Scheduler
Even Better
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Experience with workforce management systems
- Familiarity with RIVET’s platform—current or past users are highly preferred (you could be the rare breed we’re looking for!)
