As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at RIVET, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by building the foundation of our sales pipeline. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will focus on qualifying marketing-driven leads for sales opportunities and scheduling discovery calls. Your efforts will directly contribute to RIVET’s mission to become the leading workforce management platform in the construction industry.
In this role, you will create a great first impression for prospects and customers, developing and maintaining strong engagement. You’ll leverage creative communication strategies to nurture leads, support the Sales team, and ensure our CRM system is up-to-date. The experience you gain here will help you advance within RIVET, growing into roles with increasing responsibilities.
