As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at RIVET, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Account Executive and Marketing teams to identify and target key accounts, execute strategic outreach campaigns, and accelerate the sales pipeline. Your efforts will directly contribute to RIVET's mission to become the leading workforce management platform in the construction industry.
In this role, you will proactively engage with potential customers, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate the value of RIVET's solutions. You'll leverage your communication and organizational skills to build a robust pipeline, conduct thorough research, and provide valuable insights to the sales team. The experience you gain here will help you advance within RIVET, growing into roles with increasing responsibilities.

This role reports directly to the Sales Development Manager within the Marketing organization and collaborates closely with the Account Executive team.
